im having problems with my nursing process.
and this one's really serious. haha. my jotdown notebook's blank. AS IN.
i dont know what to write actually.
well, this wont be part of my patient's chart so im gonna make things up.
hahaha, kidding (in my best sir g voice impression haha). preferably, i'll ask 'em again tomorrow about the things i forgot.
another problem is my physical assessment.
it was really really FAST. i finished everything within 20 minutes
except for the lower extremities. haha
criticizing my own performance, i have to grade myself with 2.5 or lower.
i suckk. atleast i have 3 more years (which is equivalent to a century of pain and torture) to correct this behavior.
haha, not that i care or anything, but i totally feel like a bad nurse.
bad and naughty nurse. hahaha :))
